Consultant Manufacturing

Job Description

In the role of Consultant, Manufacturing you are part of the 12Guide Project team, typically consisting of a project manager, a solution architect and 1 or more consultants for each functional area. The 12Guide Project team works closely together with Customer Project team ensuring we deliver value to the customer through our implementation projects.

To succeed in the role as a consultant, we expect you are:

• Good at guiding our customers in how to best utilize the IFS applications in relation to their business requirements
• Confident in designing solutions, challenge and advise customers, and deliver on expectations thus ensuring success for both parties.
• Triggered by the contrast of understanding the business objectives and end-to-end processes, as well as digging down in details to achieve the best possible solution for both the customer and 12Guide
• A keen interest in how business processes can be supported and be run more efficiently through the use of software

If you are or have one or more of the following, it will be considered a bonus:

• Experience working on implementation/upgrade projects
• Experience in the area of Manufacturing processes on the customer or vendor side
• Experience in advising customers; from scoping solutions to implementation and rollout
• Manufacturing Industry knowledge
• Experience with IFS Applications or other ERP solutions

We expect you to continuously want to learn and develop yourself to stay relevant and be an expert who shares knowledge and experience with customers and colleagues. This includes staying updated within your field of expertise, on technology as well as the industry segments in which IFS operates.

Travel:

Although remote working is more and more the norm, we do expect you to be prepared to travel and represent 12Guide at customer sites. This means that for certain projects frequent travel can be required, although this will typically be within The Netherlands, this could at times also be international.
